DATES IN THE DIARY COMING UP!
KICK YOUR ASANA at Triyoga
Friday, March 21st
Our experience on the yoga mat can be deeply nourished with Nada, the yoga of sound.
This invigorating Jivamukti workshop will have a Dj weaving songs together for an uplifting inspirational soundtrack.
Discover or deepen your understanding of the magical method of Jivamukti – a combination of physical technique with live music, spiritual scripture, non-violence, and meditation.
In this workshop we will explore a moving meditation of dynamic, challenging and creative vinyasa, covering all the usual elements of a Jivamukti class – but the extra time will allow us to delve more deeply into this transformative practice.
Students will leave feeling liberated and ready to levitate for the rest of the weekend.
COME TOGETHER at INDABA
Sunday, March 16th, 1.30-4.30pm
with Emma Henry and special musical guests Ben Hazelton and Will Collins
A spiritual community dissolves the sense of separateness that causes so much of our suffering.
The Hopi Elders, a peaceful nation of Native American people inspire us to pulsate with the global community when they encourage: “The time of the lone wolf is over, gather yourselves! Banish the word ”struggle” from your attitude and your vocabulary. All that you do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration. We are the ones we have been waiting for.”
Through communal yoga practice, self-confidence arises as we experience the wonder of breathing and moving together. When we add our voices to the choir through mantra chanting and prayer, a greater sense of well-being is revealed. This unifying experience comes from a deep-rooted space of expansive, yet inclusive, consciousness, where all of existence is connected and pulsating (music, rhythm, heart, vinyasa all pulsing together in union) with the joy of this wholeness.
Join Emma Henry and the company of the wise for a devotional Jivamukti workshop focusing on back bending with grace to live music followed by kirtan chanting and meditation .
£35 for 3 hours (£30 before March 2nd)
